How do I book a home?
You can book directly from this website by searching your dates and checking availability in the box to the left of your screen OR feel free to give us a call at 1(888) 571-0119 ex 1 and will will be happy to assist you.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you book a home. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunately, your furry friends will have to stay home. Our homes are NOT pet friendly. This is per owner requests and also to ensure our homes stay clean and allergen free for all our guests. Any guest found with a pet with be forced to vacate the premises without a refund. This house rule is stickily enforced. Thank you for understanding.
What is your payment schedule for reservations?
We require 50% of your reservation total to be paid upon booking the home, the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you are booking a home within 60 days of arrival, your balance is to be paid in full upon booking.
What is the check in/out policy?
On your scheduled day of arrival, you may check-in at or anytime after 4pm. On your scheduled date of departure, check-out time is 10:00 am. Please make sure the dates on your confirmation are correct. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be confirmed until the day before arrival or departure.
ALL EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS MUST BE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL OR IN WRITING. Please call our office at 1.888.571.0119 for details. We understand when you are having so much fun you don't want to leave or you're just so excited to get to your vacation that you want to come as early as possible!! We will do everything we can to accommodate you when these types of things happen but cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out will be available.
Where do I check in?
When you arrive in Big Sky for your vacation, you will be able to go directly to your rental property. There are key pads located at each home so you can access the home whenever you arrive! We will send out entry information with your driving directions, checking in is quick and simple for you so you can start enjoying yourself right away. We highly recommend you print your driving directions with the entry information. GPS can be inaccurate at times, printing the information we provide you will prevent confusion and ensure you have the proper information to arrive to your rental home. What is the cancellation policy?
CANCELATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice or more is required for cancelation. If a reservation is canceled 60 days or more from the reservation date a 3% cancelation fee will be deducted from the deposit collected, but all other monies shall be refunded. Cancelations that are made fifty -nine (59) days or less from the arrival date are non-refundable unless the dates are re-booked. Cancelation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If the Guest cancels their reservation less than 60 days prior to the Guests Arrival Date, Beehive Property Management will make a reasonable effort to re-book the property for the number of days equal to the Guests scheduled reservation. If Beehive Property Management is able to rebook the Property, a refund equal to the new amount collected less the 3% processing fee will be provided to the Guest. If Beehive Property Management is unable to rebook the Property for the number of days equal to the Guests scheduled reservation, guest will forfeit the difference. No refunds will be given if dates are not re-booked. We highly recommend travel insurance!
What amenities does the home include? (Baby gates, high chairs, etc)
Each of our homes are unique and have their individual amenities listed in the description of the property. Upon request we can provide baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, air mattresses, and humidifiers. There is an additional fee for the items when requested. What is provided with our rental?
Each rental home is supplied with; paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, sponges, tissues, laundry detergent, fire starters, firewood, salt, pepper, coffee filters, and travel sized shampoos, conditioners, and bar soap. In addition, each home will be stocked with linens and towels. If the home you have rented has a hot tub, hot tub chemicals will be provided.
