Everything was perfect. The bedrooms were very spacious with super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, had plenty of living space for our whole family, would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Big Sky next year!!

BPM was communicating with us every step of the way to ensure that we had everything needed for finding the chalet, checking in, and checking out. The representative who called us before our stay was very friendly and helpful. We didnt need to call for anything while we were there, but the competence shown in all of our other interactions gave me confidence that if we needed anything, it would be dealt with swiftly and professionally.
Our family created so many memories from our stay at 496 Firelight. Thank you for providing such a quality experience! As a side note, I am a housing code enforcement official by trade so I am a hard customer to please sometimes when it comes to VRBO/Airbnb or even hotel stays. It was easy for me to put that aside and relax because of the quality and excellent maintenance of the property. Thank you!

Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. My sons friend who is in culinary school in Bozeman had no problem making a great meal in that kitchen.

496 Firelight is a great property. Very clean. Lots of room. Kitchen and living areas are well appointed and stocked without being full of junk. Everything as promised/described in the marketing information on the website. With a 3rd bedroom set up as a bunkroom to sleep 4; this is a perfect set up for 2 families with with kids. The only negative is that the property is difficult to find if you arrive in the evening. The house numbers in this neighborhood are not lit and cannot be seen in the dark.
